IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. We provide only 1 pillow per person. 2. Bedspreads, computers, decorative pillows, tote bags, clothing items, etc., are purely for illustrative and decorative purposes during the photo sessions and, for this reason, will not be provided or made available to any guest during their stay. 3. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM (a €25 fee applies for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. 4. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. At departure, please leave the keys on the desk in your room. 5. Guests are responsible for the safe use and handling of the keys during their stay. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of lost keys, damage to keys/locks or the need for technical assistance to access the property, guests will be responsible for any related costs. A penalty will be applied for lost keys. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment, including bedrooms, shared spaces and any balconies. 7. Guests may be sharing the apartment with students and young professionals aged between 20 and 30 years old. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these terms. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
