Au deuxième il y a encore deux autres chambres, une salle de douche avec douche, évier et toilette et un local avec lave linge et séchoir. Le tout est chauffé via une nouvelle installation centrale au pellets. Les extérieurs sont au calme à l'arrière de la maison.
