The apartment is located in the middle of the city of Rotterdam and includes a gorgeous balcony with amazing views. You enter the apartment via a large hallway where the first bedroom is located. This bedroom is 6 m2 and is perfect for a children's or guest bedroom. Of course the room could also be used as a home office. The second bedroom is 12 m2 and contains a queensize bed and a large wardrobe. When entering the living room, there is a large open kitchen on the right with a refrigerator combo, an Oven/Microwave, an Induction plate for cooking and a dishwasher. The living room has four amazing big windows and sliding doors for a great view. On the right there is a large dining table and in the left corner is a comfy sofa with a new smart- TV. In the hallway there is a single toilet and a bathroom with an extra toilet, shower and a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, bathroom and floors with floor heating have all been redone in 2022 so they are almost brand new. Furthermore, the apartment has just received an updated energy label, which is A. We ask for a 2 month deposit and a maximum of 3 tenants in the apartment. The rent excludes gas, water, and electricity. We can include this for €3300 a month if you prefer this.
