Apartment renovated 3 years ago, with all the comforts you can imagine. Until 1 month ago, it was our usual home and we have left everything as we had it. You have a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, TV, etc. It has internet, water and electricity included in the price. It has air conditioning and heating, and also a security alarm. It is in the heart of the Poblenou neighborhood, in the 22@ district, a 15-minute walk away you have the beach and the promenade. Ideal for a couple or a family with children. But we are open to all types of guests. It has light throughout the day which makes it a very pleasant apartment to work from home. Looking forward to staying with us. We live nearby so we will respond quickly to anything so you don't have to worry about anything...
