Located in Alvalade, this house offers easy access to various transports, such as the Alvalade metro with access to the green and yellow lines. Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Monthly Cleaning Fee: €25. Additional cleaning available upon request. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on Sundays or public holidays. - Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month.
