There is a parking spot in a garage available on request for a little fee. The chest of drawers with the TV seen in the pictures is no longer in the room (they belong to the previous tenant). _____________________________________________ Vermiete hier ein schönes helles WG Zimmer mit Balkon in einer Wohngemeinschaft (2 Jungs als Mitbewohner, beide Anfang 30 und arbeiten) in der Lena Christ Str. 6, komplett möbliert, U-Bahn Milbertshofen fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommode mit dem Fernseher, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, befindet sich nicht mehr in dem Zimmer (sie sind von dem vorherigen Mieter) Ausgestattet mit einem Bett einem Schreibtisch in deiner Kommode und das Zimmer hat einen großen Balkon, den man Privat nutzen kann. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. In 2 Minuten Entfernung liegt ein wunderschöner Park mit Kiosken und Spielplätzen und spaziere Möglichkeiten zum Joggen Sport zu treiben oder sich einfach zu erholen. Nicht weit entfernt ist der große Olympiapark mit einem Hallenbad und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeit. Es gibt alle Supermärkte und Alltagsgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz in einer Garage gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis auf Anfrage zu erhalten....
