Great location and well connected to the best places in Valencia. I would like to warn you that the apartment is shared with my husband, my 6 year old son and myself. Not available for short-term or vacation rentals. Identification and a signed temporary lease agreement are required in accordance with Spanish regulations. If you're looking for a home away from home, plus a great location you couldn't have found a better place. The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Patraix. The room is cozy and spacious for working or studying. The bathroom and toilet are shared with my husband, my 6 year old son and me. We offer a good chat if you want, hospitality and good company...
