🏡 Our Co-Living offers a unique, all-inclusive living experience in Porto, just 12 minutes from the city center. Our property consists of two charming, adjacent houses with lush gardens, housing a total of 14 fully-furnished rooms. Each room is designed for privacy and comfort, featuring a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, wardrobe, personal safe, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We also provide fresh bed linen and towels for every guest, and complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. In addition to private amenities, guests can enjoy shared spaces, including a spacious living room, a stylish dining area, a convenient laundry room, and a well-maintained garden. The fully-equipped communal kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and each guest receives a personal storage cupboard stocked with a coffee machine, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, cutlery, and other essentials. For added convenience, guests can order room service from our sister restaurant, which also offers packed lunches for excursions or day trips. Public transit is easily accessible, with the Pedro Hispano Metro station a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop directly in front of the property. The airport is a quick 15-minute drive, making arrivals and departures simple. The listed rate is for single occupancy. For an additional guest, there is a surcharge of €100. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
