Apartment Description This spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a typical old style building in good conditions. Upon entering, you’ll find a small entryway. Straight ahead from the entryway, you’ll find the open-plan living room with a kitchenette, complete with gas burners and a microwave. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed and opens onto a balcony overlooking an unused property-owned courtyard. Here, the only activity is the parking of two cars belonging to the property owner, who lives in the same building with her family. The bedroom is spacious and furnished with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a window facing the street. Thanks to quality windows, the room is well soundproofed. To the right of the entryway is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a window, and a washing machine. Air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Please note, while an elevator is available, it stops at a different floor, so one short flight of stairs is required to reach the apartment. Security deposit of € 1300. Electricity bills included up to €50/month and gas up to € 50/month. Area description The apartment is located in a well-connected area, just a 10-minute walk from the new Tolstoj metro station (Line 7, Orange Line), providing easy access to the rest of the city. The area is well-served by various means of transportation, including buses and trams. It’s also just a short distance from the Porta Genova district. This location is perfect for students from IULM, NABA, Bocconi, and Cattolica universities, thanks to its great transport links, but it’s also well-connected for anyone who wants to explore Milan. The neighborhood offers everything you need within walking distance, from supermarkets to cafes, shops, and restaurants, and it is known for being safe and vibrant. IMPORTANT – ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE The price includes rent, utilities (electricity, gas, water, Internet), building fees, taxes, 22% VAT, agency fee, monthly cleaning, contract, check-in/out and maintenance management. At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:
Use the ‘Message landlord’ button to start a secure conversation on our platform. You can ask questions, discuss terms, and safely exchange documents.
Keeping your conversation on HousingAnywhere protects your privacy and helps you avoid scams. All your messages are also saved in one place for easy access and as a record of your agreements.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
