Appartamento in tipico palazzo storico fiorentino - primo piano - nel quartiere di Santo Spirito. ** January update: nuovo bagno e nuovo impianto di climatizzazione!** L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un tipico palazzo storico fiorentino che si affaccia su piazza Santo Spirito, e si compone di un ampia cucina, una stanza da letto, un piccolo bagno e un salotto dotato di un divano, un grande tavolo apribile, TV con Amazon Fire Stick (no antenna italiana) e scrivania. La camera da letto si affaccia su una tranquilla corte interna. L'appartamento, che appartiene alla mia famiglia da molte generazioni, è stato lasciato a disposizione degli ospiti mantenendo lo stile caldo e accogliente di quando lo abbiamo abitato noi. Le pareti molto spesse fanno sì che la casa si mantenga fresca durante l'estate e calda durante l'inverno. Ultimo appunto: in certi punti il soffitto della casa è alto circa 2 metri. Essendo un appartamento molto antico, nella camera da letto le grandi travi di legno che si vedono in foto rendono necessario abbassare la testa a chi è più alto di 1,78 metri, quindi per le persone piu alte: attenti alla testa!...
