The house is located in a beautifully situated place (Morrone del Sannio) between the sea and the mountains. Central and unique location on the church square, but still quiet as there is no through traffic. Optimal leisure activities. Here you will still find the original Italy. Ideal for relaxing as a holiday home or for overwintering for retirees or home office. The house extends over 2 living levels, each 35sqm (total living space 70sqm) and is suitable for 2 people. On the first living level there is a kitchen, the living room and a pantry (with washing machine), on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. On the ground floor there is a wine cellar. The house is rented furnished as shown in the photos (new fitted kitchen), it is equipped with gas central heating (can be lived in without any problems in winter). The house has two small balconies. In the immediate vicinity of the house (behind the church, 50 meters from the house) there is a small park with trees, flowers and benches where you can sit comfortably. The rental price (monthly) is 440 euros cold. Electricity, water and gas, depending on consumption. The period currently available is until May 2025, so it is ideal for overwintering.
