L'appartamento si trova in zona Tranquilla e ben servita (Biblioteca, Supermercati, farmacie, lavanderie a gettoni, market, fermata del pulman, Ospedale e Università di Veterinaria e quella di Economia), vicino al Fiume Arno in zona verde, da cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro in 10 minuti con la bicicletta oppure con il pulman. La cucina è dotata di lavatrice e nel cortile sono installati i fili per stendere il bucato. La camera è dotata di serratura (per una Privacy garantita) è arredata con letto matrimoniale, armadio doppio, oltre tavolo ed aria condizionata e zanzariere. Il fabbricato al suo interno è dotato di Cortile condominiale per parcheggiare una bicicletta con cui è possibile spostarsi agevolmente in città, oppure usufruire dei monopattini o delle biciclette parcheggiate nei pressi della Biblioteca Comunale. L'appartamento è dotato di un ulteriore stanza che attualmente uso saltuariamente come uffcio ed è dotata di accesso separato. Possibile affittare anche per un solo mese con prezzo da concordare....
