Lägenheten har en egen ingång, ett stort sovrum med separat köksdel och liten hall. En toalett med duschhörna, tvättmaskin finns samt eget varmvatten. El ingår i hyran men internet tillkommer om man inte väljer ett eget internetabonnemang. Köksdelen har spis, ugn samt stor kyl- och frys. Skafferi finns i två stora skåp. Sovrumsdelen har ett stort fönster och goda förvaringsmöjligheter. Lägenheten är en del av vår villa där vi bor i en lugn återvändsgata. Cirka 7-8minuter promenad till närmaste busshållplats där man enkelt kan åka till Haninge C Pendeltågsstation (15min), Gullmarsplan (30min). Vid busshållplatsen finns även COOP, restauranger och kiosker. Parkering finns precis framför lägenheten för den som har bil...
