Hello, I want to sublet my room in a big apartment for three months starting December 2024 - February 2025. My room is spacious with almost a king-sized bed, a small study desk, a portable closet, and a nice chair. The apartment is furnished and has a big living room with a TV, a well-designed kitchen with a dishwasher. We also have a washing machine + dryer. There is also a big balcony. Location: Fazantenkamp, Maarssen, Utrecht. aid upfront, i.e., €1530 I am open to negotiate :) The rent does not include utilities. G/E/W/I costs ~€60 per month. Deposit: €270 You will have two more housemates. Viewing is possible. Location: Fazantenkamp, Maarssen, Utrecht.
