The sleeping area is well defined and ensures privacy and tranquility. The master bedroom is furnished with an elegant double bed and features a large window opening onto the second balcony. The second bedroom, cozy and versatile, is equipped with two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a bathtub ideal for relaxation and a practical shower, while the second, more compact bathroom, offers a convenient bathtub. The apartment's location is one of its strong points. While situated in a quiet residential area, it is within a short distance of the train station, allowing access to central Milan in less than 30 minutes. This makes the home perfect for those who work or study in the city but wish to return to a more peaceful and green environment at the end of the day. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: 30% on the first month's rent (it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that). - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption. - Monthly mandatory cleaning included - We will provide you with a registered contract and the contract translated into English. - For an extra cost of 80 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen. - One-time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 150 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included), and for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 250 (VAT included). - Check-in & Check-out outside of working hours are to be paid, the amount may change accordingly to the day and time. - Contracts can be terminated with 90 days of early notice and no penalty. If the early notice is inferior the landlord has the right by law to ask for 90 days of rent. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
