One is on the ground floor with a double bed and desk. There are two large bathrooms - one on the ground floor with a rain shower and one on the first floor with a shower and bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on the 1st floor, where there is also a washing machine for communal use. There are 3 further bedrooms on the upper floor - a children's room with bunk beds and a large bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. The third bedroom is connected to a large study - both rooms are also connected to the spacious balcony. 5min walk to supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop. 20min into city center by bus (15min by bike, 10min by car)...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
