It is located in the Born neighbourhood, very close to Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, El Corte Inglés department store and Las Ramblas. It is divided into two areas: a living-dining room and a kitchen facing the main facade and a double bedroom with a private bathroom facing the rear facade. In the bedroom we find air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) as well as a small bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs.
