It has a comfortable armchair and TV, as well as an area with a desk. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils for day to day life. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a wardrobe, a toilet and a separate shower. The flat also has heating, air conditioning and wifi. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, this flat is located in the heart of one of Barcelona's most famous neighbourhoods. Surrounded by different bars, restaurants, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. It is also 20 minutes away from the Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of Barcelona's characteristic attractions, museums, churches and parks among others. The closest metro station is Barceloneta (L4) and it is also close to Estación de Francia, Barcelona's bus and train station.
