In total, the apartment is designed for 8 tenants. There are 2 washrooms in the apartment. So, basically, you will have 1 room mate and 7 housemates. The property is located in Oberschöneweide, a neighborhood with a very authentic taste of a typical German neighborhood, only 200 meters away from HTW University. The street provides all the necessary amenities to have an easy and relaxing life. All shops, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, and markets are around the corner and the public transports are within walking distance. Please note: -The age preference is 20 to 45 years old. Please note, the majority of tenants in the house are students between the age of 20 to 30. - The sizes are approximate, and the photos are for representative purposes only and might differ from the actual apartment.
