Hi! I am looking to sublease my shared room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment to a female-identifying student for the Spring 2025 semester (beginning of January to end of May). Rent is $1085/month plus about $50/month for utilities. The apartment is in Downtown Berkeley on University Ave and Milvia Street, and is a 7 minute walk from UC Berkeley Campus and a 2 minute walk from Trader Joe’s. It is in an apartment complex on one of the top floors, with FOB access to the building, a security guard at night, and an elevator to the unit. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, floor-to-ceiling windows, and beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin County. The complex includes a gym, outdoor patio with four grills, and parking garage (additional payment required for parking). Currently there are four of us living in the apartment (two doubles) including me, and my three roommates are Juniors at UC Berkeley and are the sweetest girls ever...
