In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed, TV corner and WiFi. It has air conditioning and washing machine. The bedroom has a large wardrobe. The building is just an 8-minute drive from Comasina M3 metro stop and a 30-minute drive from the centre of Milan. The metro stop M3 Comasina can be reached by bus line 165 (stop Ss.35 -Statale dei Giovi, 2 minutes walk from the apartment) or bus line 705 (stop Via Figini). Monthly rates: • 900,00€ for monthly rent • 150,00€ for building fees • 150,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) Total of monthly cost: 1.200,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 900€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 150,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement directly to the property and pay the first installment directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee).
