FURNISHED 1-Bedroom Apartment for rent in the European Quarter This 65 m2 apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area that opens out onto a balcony through big windows that let in plenty of light. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances. The property has a practical hallway, a spacious bedroom and there is a modern bathroom with separate toilet. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, accessible with a large elevator. The European Quarter is a great neighborhood, due to its proximity to the city center. The apartment is situated in a super calm car-free street, only a few minutes walk to all methods of public transportation and also has the beautiful Parc Leopold nearby. €€€ The rent amount is fixed €1.400,-/month (or LONG STAY PROMO at €1330,-/month when staying for 12 months). Next to that there is a monthly prepayment for Utilities: - Electricity €50,-/month - Gas (heating) €50,- /month - Water €50,- /month If you consume less, you will get a refund. If you consume more, the additional amount will be charged. FYI Last tenants were at +- €95,-/month in total for utilities re the WiFi: this is not included BUT there are a couple of options for you as a tenant to fix this smoothly: 1. most tenants used their unlimited mobile data; 2. you can get 'classic wifi' via fiber cable with providers such as Voo or EDPNET (count +- 34-50 euro's a month and an installation cost of +- 100 euros - so might not be worthed if you stay short; 3. easy and cheap mobile 'mobile wifi' via Tadaam: 40 euro a month - no installation cost...
