LGBTIQ Friendly apartment! Short term rental of a shared room in a shared apartment with 3 male flatmates.. Great value in a good location! Note that this is a shared room meant only for short term stays. Only less than 1 month is ok. Great option when you need a temporary place while looking for long term housing. Very near the Pasila train station (1 stop from Helsinki Central) and Tripla shopping centre with around 250 shops and restaurants. Walking distance also to Kallio with plenty of nice restaurants, bars and cafes. Apartment is fully renovated in December 2021. Bedroom is fully furnished! It has two separate beds. Kitchen is fully furnished and has all kitchenware also. Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. You are sharing the apartment with 3 other guys. (two single rooms + 1 double room in the apartment. In addition to rent water fee of 25 € / month + electricity fee of 10 € is charged. Wifi included in the rent. Please note: I will not reply to people using a standard, pre-written request. This is a shared apartment where our goal is that everyone is happy to live in here and with each other. That is not achieved by renting to random people using pre-written, standard, one-sentence requests....

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
