Please be aware that this region can get quite lively, and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator in the historic center of Lisbon. Access to the apartment is via stairs. The exposed wooden beams and original wooden flooring, along with perfectly placed pops of color, give the space charm and personality. Please note that the floors are original from the time the building was constructed, so they may have some unevenness. → Bedroom The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an open wardrobe. → Living Room The cozy living room is equipped with a TV, sofa, and a dining table for two. It connects to the kitchen through a small window with a countertop. → Bathroom There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower (accessible via a step). Please note that due to the architecture of the roof, some areas have low ceilings. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, oven, two-burner stove, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). The apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a self-service laundromat just a 1-minute walk away, at 48 Rua dos Poços dos Negros. Additional Information: → The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. An additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. → The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Cot and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
