On the ground floor there is the large living room, the kitchen, the pantry with spacious laundry room and a service bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The room I rent has a large French bed (140x200), wardrobe and TV. High-speed fibre wifi is available throughout the house. The area is quiet at night and convenient during the day to the train station (about 10 minutes on foot). In our street there is a head(hidden) of the Academy of Fine Arts. A few minutes away the Mausoleum of Theodoric. Comfortable shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconists, etc. Casa indipendente con facile accesso e facile parcheggio. La casa è sviluppata su due piani. A piano terra c’è il grande salone , la cucina abitabile, la dispensa con spaziosa lavanderia ed un bagno di servizio. Al primo piano vi sono 3 camere da letto ed un bagno grande con vasca e doccia. La stanza che affitto ha un letto alla francese di grandi dimensioni (140x200) , armadio e tv. In tutta la casa è disponibile wifi alta velocità in fibra. La zona è tranquilla durante la notte e di giorno comoda per la stazione ferroviaria (circa 10 minuti a piedi) . Nella nostra via c’è una sede dell’Accademia di belle Arti. A pochi minuti il Mausoleo di Teodorico . Negozi comodi, supermercati, farmacia , tabacchi ecc....
