Description

Bright and cosy flat in the lovely Torpignattara neighborhood. The flat is in a residential quiet area in between 2 beautiful parks where you can do jogging or yoga or simply enjoy the outdoors. You will share the flat with me, the owner, but I am mostly away and therefore you will have the place mostly by yourself. The flat has been recently renovated and decorated with vintage and boho style furniture. It’s a bright and cosy 70 sq meters flat, second floor no elevator. All rooms, including the balcony in the kitchen face south/east in quiet internal courtyards. The bed is king size with an Emma Hybrid waterfoam mattress 160x200. All facilities are new, washing machine, fridge, Stove, oven, large and comfortable fountain shower, smart tv. There is an efficient sports center in Villa De Santis Park with tennis courts and an open air swimming pool during summer time. All amenities are walking distance, supermarket, cafés, restaurants, pharmacy etc...

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
