In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Straßenbahn und ist schon nach 10 Minuten im beliebten Szene-Winsviertel, das mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Cafés jeden Geschmack trifft. Im Frühling und im Sommer laden die umliegenden Seen( beide fußläufig: Weißensee und Orankesee) und die dazugehörenden Parks zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen oder einfach einmal Luft holen ein. Auch der bekannte Szene-Bezirk Prenzlauer Berg befindet sich nur 10 Straßenbahnminuten entfernt. Ob am Wochenende der beliebte Mauerpark lockt oder ein süßes Brötchen beim traditionellen Bäcker Hacker in der Stargarder Straße, hier findet jeder etwas für sich. Wer dem Stadttrubel lieber entkommen möchte, fährt 15 Minuten stadtauswärts und das schöne Brandenburg kann mit dem Rad oder dem Auto erkundet werden...
