Het appartementje bestaat uit een woon-, kook en eetruimte en sanitair op het 2de verdiep en onder het dak een relatief grote slaapkamer. Er is ook een kleine berging in het appartement zelf en een groot terras. Ideaal voor een kleine winterbbq ;). Er zijn nog 2 andere appartementen in het gebouw, een keldertje en een inkomhal waar 1 (of 2) fietsen kunnen gestald worden. Op wandelafstand: - 2 minuten: klein parkje - 10 minuten: bakker/apotheker/2 supermarkten/dokter Op fietsafstand: - 8 minuten: centrum Leuven - 8 minuten: Hal 5 (leuk ontmoetingscentrum met eetgelegenheden en vele evenementen) - 10 minuten: sportoase (zwemmen, klimmen, ...) - 15 minuten: schaatsbaan - 25 minuten: natuur (Doode Bemde, Heverleebos, ...) Ik ga op stage in Oostenrijk voor 3 maanden (februari, maart, april) en verhuur in die periode mijn appartement graag aan een propere en rustige persoon :). A cosy apartment for 1 person (or a couple) in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to Leuven, the university and nature. The apartment is equipped with a living, cooking and diner area and private bathroom on the second floor and a relative big bedroom under the roof. There is also a little storeroom and a big terrace. Ideal for a small winterbbq ;). The building itself consists of 3 apartments, a cellar and an entry hall where 1 bike (or 2) can be parked. In February, March and April I'll be doing an internship in Austria, for this reason I'll be renting my home in this period to a calm, nice and clean person :)...
