Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a hallway with a mirror, wardrobe, and shoe rack, where you can take off your shoes and keep everything organized. In the kitchen, you'll encounter a peninsula-style table where you can eat and gather. There's also a large desk with a beautiful and comfortable work chair, making it ideal for remote work with high-speed internet. Next, you’ll move into the living area, featuring a lovely green sofa perfect for gatherings and watching the 55-inch Smart TV, which you can also place in the bedroom if you prefer. In the bedroom, you can enjoy a magnificent 1.60 x 2.00 m spring mattress bed, making it extremely comfortable. The bathroom includes an electric radiator to keep your towels dry and pleasant after a shower in the winter. If you need to wash or dry your clothes, there's a laundry area in the common hallway, available for free, as we want our tenants to feel comfortable and have access to these amenities. Everything is designed with energy-efficient technology to help care for our environment. You will access the common hallway using a unique access code exclusive to you, and then enter your apartment with a traditional key. THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER THE PROTECTION OF DECREE LAW 9/2024 OF 2/8/2024 FROM THE VALENCIAN GOVERNMENT. In compliance with recent regulations in the Valencian Community, we are required to ask for a signed CONTRACT for your stay, which will need to be completed before check-in. ADDITIONAL RULES Please be mindful of your toilet usage. Do not flush any garbage, feminine products, or paper down the toilet. Additionally, refrain from using water during power outages, as the bathrooms are equipped with a sanitary extraction system. If this system becomes clogged due to misuse, you will be responsible for replacing the unit and its installation. In the laundry area, please ensure to remove lint after each drying cycle to minimize fire hazards....
