Canone mensile: 800 Euro più 80 Euro di spese condominiali. Deposito cauzionale di 1760 Euro Le condizioni generali sono discrete, coerenti con la richiesta economica. Contratto annuale (e solo annuale) regolarmente registrato, eventualmente rinnovabile per altri 12 mesi. Spesa di check in una tantum 300 Euro alla firma del contratto...
