In den oberen Bereich gelangt man über die Wendeltreppe. Hier befindet sich der Schlafbereich (Bett mit 120 x 200 cm Matratze). Ein großer Einbauschrank und ein Einbau-Regal bieten enorm viel Stauraum. En-suite befindet sich das Bad mit WC, Wanne und Fenster. Hier gelangt man auch auf die kleine Terrasse, auf der man einen wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer des Stadtteils Flingern hat. Das Haus ist ein sanierter Altbau, der über einen Aufzug verfügt. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller zur Verfügung und werden über eine App separat abgerechnet. Ein Fahrrad-Stellplatz befindet sich im Hof. Alle Nebenkosten, auch Strom und Internet sind im Preis inbegriffen. Diese Wohnung beinhaltet den Service einer Reinigung aller 14 Tage, wofür eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 150 € im Monat fällig wird.
