Upon entering the apartment there is a direct access to a beautiful living room with a built-in kitchen with elegant, clean, updated design furtinure. From the same living room there is access to a beautiful private terrace with garden furniture and perfect to enjoy the sun of Seville. Crossing the living room both bedrooms can be accessed, one of them with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 m and an ensuite bathroom, and the other with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m each. There is also a second independent bathroom. From the same living room and through the staircase you can also access an attic area with another single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can be used by a child or an adult, although it is a 1.60 m high open space. Feria Street is one of the most historic and well-known in the center of Seville. It is a very picturesque area, very traditional although inhabited by many visitors as well. In recent years it has also had a strong boom, which has made it one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of the city. In the surroundings you can find a lot of traditional Sevillian shops, local food stores, small bars and high-class restaurants. It is a perfect place to taste Andalusian cuisine in any corner.
