Spacious apartment completely renovated and decorated mixing modern furniture and original hydraulic floors of the house, it is located in a historic building in Malaga next to the famous Cervantes Theater. Upon entering the apartment, we find a room with high ceilings consisting of a modern and spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a long table and high chairs that separate it from the living-dining room area, from which we can access a small balcony from which to enjoy the views of the mythical and genuine Cervantes Theater. This room divides the apartment in two, on one side we find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and on the other side we have the other 2 bedrooms, one of them with the bathroom en suite. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with 150x200 double beds and the other bedroom with 2 single beds each 90x190, making this accommodation have a maximum capacity of up to 8 people. The apartment has a magnificent location, located next to Picasso’s birthplace, you can enjoy a multitude of cultural and gastronomic options as well as the famous Malaga Film Festival. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
