In einer ruhigen Wohngegend, sehr nahe an den U-Bahnlinien U4 und U6, dem Meidlinger Markt und zur Shopping Fußgängerzone. Die Unterkunft: Das Apartment ist neu renoviert und sehr gemütlich. Es ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was du brauchst, um dich schnell zuhause zu fühlen. Das Apartment ist hell und ruhig gelegen, befindet sich in einem Neubau im ersten Stock. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum mit Zugang zum Badezimmer, WC, Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich mit Küche. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich mit Küche, Essbereich mit großem Tisch und einem Fernseher mit ausklappbarer Couch und einem ausklappbarem Sessel. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, einen zweiten Fernseher und einen großen Kasten. Ausstattung: TV, Radio, Internet (WLAN), Fön, Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso), Toaster, Mixer etc... Bettsofa und Sessel (Schlafgelegenheit für 2 Personen), Esstisch, 2 Fernseher, Netflix, Bett, Kleiderschrank,... Babys und Kinder sind immer herzlich willkommen. Ich habe selbst zwei Kinder und die Wohnung kann auf Wusch babygerecht ausgestattet werden: Babybett, Badewanne, Spielzeug etc. Zugang für Gäste. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist leicht über das Stiegenhaus zu erreichen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung funktioniert über eine Schlüsselbox in der Nähe. Du bekommst nach der Buchung eine Erklärung und einen Zugang. Weitere wichtige Hinweise Ich habe mitterleiweile schon einige Jahre Erfahrung als Gastgeberin. Ich spreche Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und ein bisschen Niederländisch und Französisch. Ich wohne ganz in der Nähe und bin für meine Gäste immer erreichbar - telefonisch oder auch per Nachrichten(hidden).
