The house is for long term renting in the price of 750e per month including the water bill for the garden and it is automatic in function . The electricity and the WiFi are not included in the price. Expect something between 30-40e per month bill, the WiFi is 27e the fastest and steady with COSMOTE landline company , the water for inside the house is 20 e per 6 months. The house is full equipped ( someone can move in right away only with personal belongings). Air condition,washing machine, fridge , solar heating for water all year round , Woodburner with stove for cooking, a big storage room outside attached to the house , lots of trees (The trees now are big and producing all kind of fruits. ) grapes, pomelo,guava pomegranates, mousmoula,bananas olive trees peers oranges tangerines and many more exotic fruit that are not shown in the pictures. The house was build in 2018. Also not shown is the big selection of herbs, basil, oregano, laurel and so many more. The drinking water inside the house comes from oreino village famous for the spring water so no need to buy water. Also there is a magnificent beach that is close to the house. Of course there are endless other beaches one after another all the way to west and east near the area but this is like a secret beach only known by locals , cannot show from the street....
