Located in the central area, next to the Town Hall, the apartment is part of a typical building that was fully renovated in 2020. The shared areas feature spacious green spaces, wide corridors, and an outdoor pool with a wooden deck, fruit trees, and a garden. Free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning are provided for your comfort. Location: Situated on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. Bedroom: Includes a comfortable double bed, cotton linens, pillows, duvet, blanket, wall-mounted TV, and a bedside table. Living Area: Features large windows facing the back of the building, a comfortable sofa, ample storage space with large cabinets, a dining area for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, a microwave, a coffee machine, and air conditioning. Bathroom: The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and all the necessary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), along with bath towels for your stay. Additional Services Breakfast Service: Breakfast can be arranged with our partners. Please inquire about the menus before your check-in. Baby Equipment: A crib, cutlery, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. Please inform us before your check-in day if you require any of these items. Construction Notice: Currently, there are cranes around the pool area. Noise may occur from 8 AM to 6 PM, except on Sundays. Materials transported by cranes might pass over the pool. We advise you in advance if you are sensitive to this issue. Important Information Late Check-In: A €20 fee applies for check-ins after midnight, payable in cash at the time of check-in. Additional Costs: Extra charges may apply for: Lost keys. Keys forgotten inside the apartment. Keys left inside the lock. Locksmith Fees: Depending on the situation, locksmith services range between €40 and €150. Water and electricity bills are included up to €50 per month. Any usage beyond this amount will be covered by the tenant. Note: Due to nearby construction, noise may occur between 8 AM and 6 PM (except Sundays), and cranes might operate above the pool area.
