Huset är väldigt modernt då det är nyrenoverat, både balkong och altan finns, huset ligger väldigt nära skolan, du har 10minuters gångavstånd till centrum. Vi tänkte oss att hyra ut det kring 12 månader. I hyran ingår vatten/spillvatten, sophämtning, hemförsäkring och internet. Uppvärmning/elavtal ingår ej. I huset finns en kombipanna, du kan elda med pellets eller ved. Pannan ska sotas(5minuter) per vecka. Femett kör ut och kan även lasta in pelletsen vid behov.
