Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, fridge with freezer, and a separate laundry room (washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack). Bedrooms: Four bedrooms are available, two of which are en-suite, providing ample space for guests. Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms and one guest bathroom. Comfort Features: Heating radiators and electric exterior shutters in all rooms. Free Parking: Two private parking spaces in the building’s garage. Amenities Free Wi-Fi Baby Essentials: High chair is available. Welcome Kit: A small supply of shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee capsules, olive oil, and salt is provided at the start of your stay. Guests should restock these items as needed. Laundry and Cleaning Supplies: Dish and laundry detergents, bed linens, towels, and toilet paper are provided once for the stay. Additional Information Late Check-In Fee: A €20 fee applies for check-ins after midnight, payable in cash at check-in. Smoking Policy: Strict no-smoking policy indoors. Violation will result in a minimum €200 smoking fee. Long-Stay Utilities Policy: For stays over 30 nights, a fair-use policy applies with a utility limit of €80. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
