Wir sind Hermann und Viktoria Kreuzer und freuen uns, Gäste in unserer Unterkunft "Gemütliche Wohnung mit Klimaanlage und Balkon" aufnehmen zu dürfen. Die Wohnung wird betreut von einem Host Management Service. Salam und sein Team werden unsere Gäste in Empfang nehmen. Unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe der Therme Wien bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen Relax-Aufenthalt in Wien. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Wohn- Essbereich mit einem Schlafsofa, ein separates Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit WC. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage mit Aufzug und verfügt über Klimaanlage und einen Balkon. Das Haus bietet auch einen Parkplatz in der Garage, der gegen Aufpreis dazugebucht werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ca. 40m2 groß, hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, ein separates Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Besonders angenehm ist die Klimaanlage, die in den immer heißer werdenden Sommertagen Abkühlung verschafft. Weiteres Highlight ist der Parkplatz, der im Haus gegen € 10 pro Nacht dazu gebucht werden kann. Die Gäste haben Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung. Die Unterkunft bietet einen persönlichen Check-In, das heißt wir begrüßen unsere Gäste direkt an der Unterkunft und übergeben die Schlüssel. Dafür ist ein Termin notwendig, der zwischen 15 Uhr und 19 Uhr stattfinden sollte. Die Wohnung liegt in unweit der Therme Oberlaa und dem dazugehörigen Kurpark. Auch der FH Campus Wien ist in guter Reichweite. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und einen Apotheke sind in Geh-Weite erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit der Buslinie 16A hervorragend an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Teil Wiens so können beliebte Ausflugsziele wie Laxenburg, der Böhmische Prater, Schloss Neugebäude oder der Wiener Zentralfriedhof gut erreicht werden...
