The spaces are very bright, carefully furnished with designer materials which, together with the chosen colours, add character to the accommodation. The entrance opens to the living area featuring a sofa, a dining area and an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, coming also with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. The main bedroom with a queen size bed completes the floor, in addition to a full bathroom next to it provided with shower. The staircase in the living area leads to the mezzanine floor which houses a second bedroom with a french size bed, overlooking the space below through a glass wall that guarantees the sunlight coming in. *Please note that, for the 3rd and 4th person, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month will be charged. *We inform our guests that the property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding that will not cause any noise. *The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a heat pump. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
