It is recently renovated (2023) and it is located right in the heart of Corfu island, just outside Kato Garouna village in an agricultural area with a breathtaking view to the south of Corfu. It is 4km away from Agios Gordios beach and 30-40 min drive to the airport and Corfu town. Being the top floor of a three-story villa at a mountain slope, our home is quiet, so it is perfect for guests who wish to work from distance or couples who visit Corfu for a longer period. It is basically plug-and-play! It is fully furnished, it has a spacious open kitchen with an island, dishwasher, washing machine, one independent bedroom with a traditional corfian double bed, bathroom with bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen, two large balconies -one eastern and one western and a small bedroom balcony. Price includes all amenities and utilities, water, electricity & wifi bills. It has been our family home for many generations and we offer it with love and care to our tenants...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
