(3rd floor - elevator yes) Two spacious, bright bedrooms, comfortable living room with dining table and office space which can be separated with a sliding door. The living room has a large sofa and Smart TV 50 inches and Internet connection with a speed of 70 mbps.. Large perimeter balcony with tables and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. All rooms overlook the sea in an area full of cafes, taverns, restaurants and bars. Beaches right below the apartment Please keep in mind that smoking is not allowed. If tenants don't follow this rule, the deposit will not be returned. Security deposit is paid in cash. Security deposit is not refundable in case of reduction of the booking period. In case of damage or loss, the cost is calculated and deducted from the deposit. Please note that cleaning services are mandatory. Rent price is for 2 Guests.
