Description

Dear Students (only students), from now onwards there are 4 bedrooms available in a shared apartment in Breite Gasse. It is a cozy apartment in a charming old building in the famous Spittelberg area of Vienna and right behind the MuseumsQuartier. There are several restaurants, bars, shops near by. We are looking for 4 new tenants who will rent the rooms from November 1st at the latest. The apartment and the rooms are fully furnished. The price per room is 600€/month plus an additional 70€ for utilities. The security deposit is 1340€. The contract for each room is for a period of 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2 months notice by the end of February, August or September.
