Description

Shared apartment right by the U1 subway. We have 4 private rooms, and share the common area. Please note that I have 3 cats who live in the apartment with me! So be aware of that before you make your booking. There are 2 separate bathrooms and 2 toilets. We have a big living room with a view of the park, with a study corner and a TV where we often watch movies together. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room. Most of the guests are staying for a longer period and the host is also living in the property. I've been hosting for 2 years now and my favorite thing about it is definitely building friendships with people around the world. I love to make people feel at home and am a social person. The favorite thing for most of my guests are definitely my cats, who are very friendly. I love to learn new languages and am taking a Spanish course at the moment. Otherwise I am a student and math teacher who also really likes art and I have many creative hobbies. The apartment is very close to the subway and the central train station is a 15 min walk, or one stop with the subway. It’s easy to reach the address from the airport. You can be in the city center within 10 minutes since it is only 3 subway stops to get there. There are multiple supermarkets, a bakery, drugstore, pharmacy, etc in a short walking distance....
