Parking is available in front of the door through the Amsterdam permit system. The apartment is located in an attractive neighborhood surrounded by greenery and water. The Gijsbrecht van Aemstelpark is less than 5 minutes walking distance. The nearby shopping center Groot Gelderlandplein offers a diverse range of shops, lunchrooms, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, bakery and hairdresser. Schools, sports fields, the VU University (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) and the VU Medical Center are also nearby. Public transport facilities are excellent, the center of Amsterdam can be reached quickly via a tram. The tram station is from a walking distance. You can travel by train via the South WTC Station. A short distance away is the Ring A-10 which connects to various arterial roads. Ideal apartment for expats! This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
