Det tar ca 7 min till närmsta buss som tar dig till pendeltågsstationen (Vega). OBS! Hyresgästen ansvarar för internet, el, vatten, och värme. Hyreskontrakt skrivs endast med hyresgäster som har svenskt medborgarskap och BankID och som inte har betalningsanmärkningar hos någon myndighet. Innan hyreskontraktet skrivs, utförs en kreditupplysning. Rökning inomhus eller i närheten av huset inom eller inom fastighetsgränsen är strikt förbjudet.
