Die Haltestelle Grenzstraße ist ganz in der Nähe. (3 Haltestellen vom Hbf.) In 10 Minuten erreichen Sie die Einkaufsstraße mit zahlreichen Geschäften. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Eine sehr schnelle Internet- und WLAN- Verbindung ist vorhanden. In der Wohnung darf NICHT geraucht werden. Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten enthalten. Die Miete beträgt Euro 850,00 für eine Person und Euro 990,00 für zwei Personen. Auf Wunsch kann die Wohnung kostenfrei von unserer Putzfrau gereinigt werden. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
