MONTHLY RENTAL on a temporary basis, with 4 independent rooms and common areas (bathroom, kitchen and reception). The rooms all have exterior light and are bright. They have different sizes (13, 12, 12 and 8.5m2). The rooms have a 135x190 bed, except for the smallest one with a 90x190 bed. Each has a work area (desk and chair), as well as wardrobes of different sizes. All rooms have a 32" SMART TV. They have 1Gb fibre WIFI shared throughout the flat. The rooms are equipped with bed linen and a set of towels. The building has an elevator. It is a third floor. It has natural gas heating in all rooms. A temporary rental contract is made, in this case, if the people who want to live together, want to rent it directly, in the name of all the people who live together...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
