Wir planen eine längere Reise - und bieten unsere schöne, voll möblierte 4 Zimmer Wohnung (von denen 3 vermietet werden - ca. 100 qm gesamt) in Hamburg St. Pauli zur Zwischenmiete an. Auf Wunsch können wir zusätzlich 2 Büroräume (insgesamt 43 qm) in der Nachbarschaft (150m Entfernung zur Wohnung) anbieten. Parken für 20 Tage innerhalb eines Monats für 60€ möglich. Möglicher Zeitraum: mindestens 3, maximal 6 Wochen im Januar/Februar/März 2025. Aktuell geplanter (ungefährer) Zeitraum: 26. Januar bis 4. März Gern also schnellstmöglich melden, damit es für alle Beteiligten optimal passt. Vermietet werden: Wohnraum mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Schlafzimmer, großes und kleines Badezimmer und eines der Kinderzimmer (im zweiten werden wir unsere persönlichen Sachen lagern). Eine Familie mit Kind ist also herzlich willkommen - auch in der Hausgemeinschaft (insgesamt 5 Familien mit großen und kleinen Kindern). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau (2014) und ist mit Fischgrätparkettboden ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigeren, familienfreundlichen Teil von St. Pauli - nördlich von Reeperbahn und Hafen, in der Nähe zur Sternschanze und zum Karoviertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, Busse, Bahnen, Spielplätze & Parks findet ihr quasi direkt vor der Tür. Die Innenstadt, Altona/Ottensen, Eimsbüttel/Eppendorf und auch den Elbstrand erreicht ihr schnell mit dem Fahrrad. Die Miete beträgt 2400€/Monat zzgl. Kaution und beinhaltet neben allen Nebenkosten (inkl. WLAN) auch eine wöchentliche Reinigung durch unsere Haushaltshilfe. Neben allen üblichen TV Programmen über Magenta TV (in HD) sind ebenfalls Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ und RTL+ nutzbar. Sonos Musik-Boxen sind ebenfalls in der Wohnung verteilt...
