Located in front of a national road with traffic throughout the day, yet secluded enough to provide complete privacy. - Bedrooms The house features 3 bedrooms. A spacious suite with a double bed, dressing room with sink, and en-suite bathroom, opening onto an outdoor patio, and two bedrooms with twin beds on the mezzanine level. One of the mezzanine bedrooms has access to a charming rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the scenery or a glass of wine at sunset; the other bedroom does not have windows but is well-lit by the light from the living room - both are open space, without doors. Access to the mezzanine is via a sturdy wooden and iron staircase. - Living Room A cozy living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and various books. The terracotta tile floor, thick stone walls, and wood-burning stove add character and rusticity to the space. - Dining Room Connecting with the interior patio, the dining room fills with light, making it an inviting space to relax and socialize. The wood-burning stove adds a special touch during the cold winter nights. - Kitchen A rustic kitchen equipped with an electric hob, a small countertop oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine (coffee not included). A trestle table complements the space, reminiscent of the medieval origin of the expression "setting the table." - Bathrooms The house has two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. - Patios A pleasant patio with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors; a second smaller patio, with access to the suite and kitchen, invites to freshen up during the hot summer nights. Both have outdoor showers, with hot water available! Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation and an additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly utilities consumption exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
